Commission Form

Hello! Thank you for wanting a commission piece created by myself! Please answer all the questions below. Doing so provides a better idea of the vision for your piece. Once I have all the information, I will inform you of the cost and timescale involved. We can then also discuss any further details that may be required. When everything has been confirmed, I will send you a PayPal invoice using the details provided. Please read my terms and conditions regarding invoice payments. I look forward to creating something that will be unique to add to your home or collection.

Please note, I will advise you if your required size is possible or not. I can custom cut most of my sizes so generally size is not a problem. However, my studio is not large and there is a limit to the size I can do at the moment. 


I would recommend choosing 2-3 colors plus black or white.  Please describe your colors as best as you can. If you would like metallic colors (Brass/Gold, Silver, Copper or Rose Gold) in your piece, please note that on the form.

Anything additional you would like me to know.  For example this will be hung landscape or portrait, resin topcoat, floating frame, crushed glass, etc. 


Deposits are required for custom/commission work and will be a percentage of the total price. The percentage amount depends on the size of the piece but will not exceed 50% of total cost. Once the deposit has been paid I will begin working on your piece. Final payment is required after the artwork has been completed. Once final payment is received your piece will be shipped or delivered. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.



Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay only. 

Returns & Exchanges:

I don't accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel you forfeit your deposit. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
